If you receive a item you are not satisfied with or wish to return it back it must be returned back to us within 7 days of you receiving it.  Extra time allowed for public holidays.

Please contact us first about your return before sending it back so we know its on the way back and can confirm your refund amount with you.

The goods must be returned in same condition, new and unused condition to warrant a refund
Your returned items must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The items must not have been used in any way and should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with all accessories you received with it complete in their sealed packaging. All PFC caps must be returned (unused), Any free PFC caps received must also be returned unused.

Re-stocking fee

On receipt of returned goods a refund will be given minus a 20% re-stocking fee.  Please note that shipping costs or the return shipping costs is not refunded.

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the return is properly and securely packaged for safe transit back and we advise you send your return insured in case of loss of damage in transit. 

On receipt of return and in compliance with above a refund will be sent minus the re-stocking fee within 2 working days.

It is obviously best to avoid a return so please ask any questions prior to purchase and we will be only to pleased to answer away.
